Personalized Learning & Early Intervention

Enlighten Academy Charter School will work with its partners to develop tools and strategies that directly respond to emerging circumstances brought on by COVID19. Our personalized model is more flexible and provides access in ways that lay the foundation for this. Each learner will have a unique plan that is based on regularly collected individual data and monitored closely. These plans include multiple strategies to ensure children are learning and reaching their full potential.  Daily activities include whole group instruction, 1:1, and small group tutoring, and online, adaptive, skills practice. The personalized learning plan addresses literacy and growth, cultural values, and emotional and social growth. At the core of everything we do are relationships and understanding the needs, interests, and aspirations of children and families.
